All, The Football League (i.e. the 72 clubs in the Championship, League One and League Two) is the fifth most watched league in the world. Despite the presence of the Premiership, people watch the game in huge numbers, and often it is because people enjoy seeing local players starting out and going on to fulfill their potential. The EPPP is a Premiership proposal which will allow Premiership teams to scout youngsters being developed by non-Premiership teams and allow them to then sign away those youngsters with virtually no compensation to the club that identified and developed the player. It makes it financially unviable for a non-Premiership club to have an academy, or develop U16 footballers, as this proposal means that they are unable to protect those assets. It is nothing less than the act of a selfish bully. I have signed this petition, and if you agree with me then I'd ask you to do the same, and forward this on to all your contacts. epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/21314 Regards,
